Any party living outside Cambridgeshire MUST either give notice in the district in which they live or have lived at an address in Cambridgeshire for 9 consecutive days immediately prior to their notice date. i.e. 7 clear nights (for example if the first night is the 1st of the month the earliest notice can be given is the 10th of the month).

 

You must supply either:
 

Option 1: Letter from the owner of the property confirming that you have lived at this address for at least 9 consecutive days immediately before the date of your appointment. The owner must give the address, your name and dates you have lived there, the owner's full name and address and it must say that they are the owner. They must sign and date the letter.
 

Option 2: Letter from tenant living at the same address confirming that you have lived there for at least 9 consecutive days immediately before the date of your appointment. The tenant must give the address, your name and the dates you have lived there, the tenant's full name and it must say that they are the tenant at this address. They must sign and date the letter.
