As a relief Ceremony Officer you will ideally need to be available to work some weekdays, 2 or 3 Saturdays per month, along with occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays.  The work pattern is variable with a high demand for ceremonies in the summer months and availability during the summer holidays is essential.

Salary scale is currently £11.70 to £12.92 per hour, with enhanced rates for Saturdays (x 1.5), Sunday (x 1.78) and Bank Holidays (x 2).  Successful applicants will start at bottom of scale unless they have relevant recent registration experience. Full training and support will be provided, so prior experience is beneficial but not essential.
